Statutory rights
Goods come with statutory rights that cannot be waived. In the United Kingdom, the Consumer Rights Act 2015 requires goods to be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. Customers in other countries keep the statutory rights of their own country.
Battery safety
The battery is a lithium-ion battery. CE marked, UN38.3 compliant for transport. Charge it with the supplied cable, don't pierce it, don't soak it, remove it before washing the vest.
Consumer dispute resolution
If a dispute arises, the customer first sends a written complaint to customer service. If no solution is found, the customer may use alternative dispute resolution where it is available in their country. The details are provided on request to customer service.
