Delivery

Free delivery, for each parcel, shipped from our supplier's warehouse in China, delivered in 6 to 13 days depending on the country, with a tracking number.

The vest and the battery may ship from two warehouses: the kit may arrive in two separate parcels, each with its own tracking number.

30-day money-back guarantee

If the vest or the kit isn't right for you, write to us within 30 days of delivery. Once we receive the return, we refund you. The full conditions are in the terms.

Right to cancel

You have 14 days from receipt to cancel, with no reason needed.

Statutory rights

Goods come with statutory rights that cannot be waived (in the United Kingdom, under the Consumer Rights Act 2015).
