Yes. The 10,000 mAh battery is in the box, with its cable. You buy nothing extra: slip it into the inside pocket, plug the vest in over USB, and switch on. That's the whole point of the Caloven Kit. Plenty of rival vests turn up with no battery, and you only find out once the carton's open.
With the included 10,000 mAh battery, count on up to about 3 to 4 h on high, 5 to 6 h on mid, and 8 to 10 h on low. It depends on the level, the cold outside and the state of the battery. For a full day without recharging, add a spare battery. These figures will be confirmed on our test order.
Battery and cable removed, always. Never wash or soak the battery. For the vest, follow the care label: air dry, never in a tumble dryer. Only reconnect the battery once the vest is completely dry. The exact wash method will be set out from the product instructions, before the sale opens.

No. Caloven sells thermal comfort, not treatment. The vest warms your neck, back and core; it doesn't treat, cure or relieve any condition, and we won't tell you otherwise. It isn't a medical device.
It's a lithium-ion battery, not a gadget: treat it like one. CE marked, and UN38.3 compliant for transport. Charge it with the supplied cable, don't leave it charging unattended for hours, don't pierce it, don't soak it. Remove it before washing the vest.
